Launch Pad Casting Workshop unites actors with directors and other leading professionals responsible for casting.

Actors have the rare opportunity to collect constructive feedback from industry professionals, gain awareness of how they are perceived in an audition, and find the next step in their professional growth.

Directors and casting professionals gain exposure to new, talented performers, the chance to test material and casting ideas, and be compensated for their time.

The public is invited to observe rising talent, the actor's process, and gain insight into their own communication skills.
